Ryan joined CSI in 2004, holding various positions in nearly every department, including Chief Service Officer, Chief Products Officer, Relationship Manager, and Sales Manager. He currently leads a team dedicated to the development and success of CSI’s core virtual credit card processing platform. Ryan also works closely with CSI’s Risk and Compliance team on the management of new customer onboarding, company procedures, policy development, and collaboration with card associations and bank issuing partners. During his tenure, Ryan has been instrumental in establishing a culture of excellence and developing the company’s collaborative approach to service delivery.
Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond Jepson School of Leadership Studies and is a graduate of the Disney Institute’s Approach to Leadership Excellence course.
