Julie Heffelfinger has over 16 years of success in operations, management, strategic relationships, inception of and directing programs, process improvement, and communications. Julie’s passion is evident throughout her career which spans from a lobbyist and business owner to a health-care administrator. She moved from politics into health care to make a difference, working as an executive staff associate for a non-profit system of hospitals.
Julie joined CSI in 2017 playing a pivotal role in the company’s culture of excellence and leading our award-winning customer service teams. She oversees supplier relationship teams, product delivery, implementations, process improvement, and marketing initiatives. With her years of progressive leadership, Julie provides the experience and knowledge to continually inspire CSI’s teams.
Julie earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ohio Dominican University in Columbus, Ohio. She received an MBA with a health-care concentration from Southern New Hampshire University. She received a master’s degree in positive organization development and change from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland.
