Nan joined the company in 2012 and has continued to play a pivotal role in promoting the company’s culture of excellence in the areas of customer support, system implementation and strategic vendor enrollment.
In her new role, Nan will oversee the customer-centric teams responsible for CSI’s media, sports and entertainment, specialty and Canadian accounts.
