This is what you’ll do…

  1. Customer Marketing Management
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to increase customer advocacy
  • Build rapport with customers to increase renewals, referrals, and cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and the rest of the organization to create an incredible customer experience and reach business goals
  • Connect with customers to ensure continued education and success throughout the relationship lifecycle
  • Identify key customers willing to act as a marketing channel through case studies, speaking opportunities, etc.
  • Manage a library of up-to-date customer success stories
  • Manage annual/biannual/quarterly customer satisfaction surveys to drive change throughout the organization
  • Develop a customer lifecycle campaign program and work with marketing operations to implement
  • Create special marketing content for account management/customer success to help at-risk customers with training
  • Provide product feedback given by advocates to the product team
  1. Marketing Campaign Management
  • Devise B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
  • Manage the implementation, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaigns
  • Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
  • Ensure all campaigns meet the target objectives
  • Execute A/B Testing campaigns to identify effectiveness of new ideas
  • Report campaign results to senior management
  • Effectively work against strict deadlines and KPI’s as set by the Marketing Project Manager
  1. Product Marketing Management
  • Collaborate with product team to conduct market research and competitive analysis to keep a pulse on the industry and position CSI and its products as leaders
  • Understand the buyer persona of our target market and tailor all marketing to meet their needs
  • Develop go-to-market strategy for new products, incorporating activities related to awareness, influence, and sales
  • Lead the rollout of all new products including internal training and education
  • Manage all PR activities around the products represented, including press releases, media outreach for story and/or op-ed article placement and other media communications
  1. Internal/External Communications Strategist
  • Establish an internal communications strategy and an external communications strategy
  • Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
  • Draft messages or scripts from senior executives for presentation to employees in written or spoken form
  • Ensure internal/external communications messages are consistent across all mediums
  • Handle the internal/external communication response to crisis situations which affect organizational perception and reputation

We’re looking for someone with…

  • Relevant 4-year college degree required
  • 5+ years’ marketing experience with proven success
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with ability to take initiative and prioritize work
  • Excellent management skills, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Proficient computer skills
