Job Summary

The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for leads management, reporting and analytics across the Marketing organization in alignment to organizational goals.

  • Work in collaboration with internal teams to increase Marketing driven opportunities, pipeline effectiveness and tie Marketing campaigns to revenue
  • Develop and evolve Marketing data strategy and leads flow with an emphasis on measurement efficacy, KPI development, data quality and accessibility
  • Partner with Marketing Managers and agency partners to plan and measure Marketing campaigns, including traditional (trade shows, Sales campaigns) and digital (SEO/SEM, email, paid display, social, and responsive advertising), including business casing and ongoing performance measurement
  • Establish and maintain profitability measurement across Marketing programs in conjunction with finance as benchmarking for consistent understanding of ROI and Marketing spend rationalization
  • Create, maintain and evolve reports, dashboards and visualizations to assist leadership, channel and business line owners with day-to-day understanding of Marketing performance to plan, as well as risk and opportunity
  • Serve as the data and leads steward and IT liaison for Marketing; ensure data and leads needs/issues are identified, tracked, reported to appropriate owners and resolved in a timely manner
  • Conduct qualified lead list pulls for campaign delivery
  • Engage in ongoing Marketing database cleanliness to ensure effectiveness and governance of data source contract
  • Work with Data team to automate data feeds and triggers between other platforms and the Salesforce stack
  • Support evolving business needs in the development of long-term data strategy roadmaps in partnership with Data Warehouse, Business Analysts and IT
  • Champion data and reporting best practices including programs set up, data requirements, campaign mapping and reporting standards for consistent use during day-to-day campaigns, ensuring consistent understanding of data and organizational alignment of success criteria
  • Synthesize and create scalability of reporting, insights and effective use of data across business lines and channels for organizational efficiency
  • Partner with internal teams to drive Marketing program design, including defined test and learn pilot design, lead flow, measurement and success criteria

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to collaborate and influence within cross-functional teams and across leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to connect and analyze Marketing data from disparate sources
  • Strong ability to prioritize, complete tasks independently with a high degree of accuracy, work with attention to detail, and deal with ambiguity
  • Broad business acumen demonstrated by understanding of broader business strategy, having an eye on growth, translating business goals into Marketing strategies and pilots, and distilling complexity into digestible reports for stakeholders

 

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Marketing, Business or Analytics preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Marketing Analytics, preferably in a B2B SaaS category
  • Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Adobe, Tableau, Salesforce; knowledge and experience with Marketing platforms including ZoomInfo, Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics
  • Best practices knowledge in Marketing programs including SEO, SEM, Paid Search, Social, Programmatic and Display

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
